OKRs consist of clear, ambitious objectives paired with measurable key results. OKR promotes focus, accountability, and regular progress tracking, ensuring teams work towards impactful outcomes that drive overall success and continuous improvement. Add a % score for what was completed and color based on forecast by end of cycle > Green = 80%+, Yellow = 60-79%, Red = Below 59.
